Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 2 cups Shredded Parmesan-Cheese
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp minced Garlic
- ½ tsp Black-Pepper
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Olive-Oil
- 1 tbsp Water
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Cut each breast half & pound to approximately 1/2" thick.
- Beat water & egg in a shallow bowl until combined.
- Add garlic, pepper & salt and whisk to combine.
- Put parmesan in another shallow bowl.
- Dip each piece of chicken in egg mixture making sure to coat.
- Permit extra egg to drip off.
- Put in parmesan. Sprinkle more parmesan on the top. Gently press, then flip and repeat on other side. Repeat with remaining chicken.
- Put oil and butter in a skillet over high heat.
- Place chicken and don't proceed until edges-brown (in order that cheese sticks to chicken about 3minutes).
- Gently press spatula then turn again and do not proceed until browned.
- Gently press spatula and remove to serving plate.
