Produced in a blender under 10 minutes, then this creamy avocado salsa verde is going to be your new favorite sauce or dip!
This salsa is really flavourful and so fresh! Only a little ingredients and a couple of minutes at a blender is all that’s standing between you and your new favorite sauce.
Eat it with tortilla chips or use it everywhere else you would place salsa. This flavourful & fresh salsa is the perfect topping for salads, tacos, eggs, nachos and nearly everything else!
This sauce can also be readily adjustable to your flavor. I just used half an jalapeno here, just enough to add a spoonful, but if you would like to spice it up a little go right ahead and place in a completely jalapeno.
Creamy Avocado Salsa Verde
- ½ jalapeno, seeds removed
- 1 29 oz can tomatillos, drained
- 1 avocado
- ½ small onion
- ½ lime of juice
- ½ cup cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- First, slightly chop the jalapeno, garlic and onion.
- Mix all of the ingredients up in a high-speed-blender or food-processor till smooth.
