Creamy Chicken Olivia
Ingredients
- 3 cups rotisserie-chicken
- 2 10 ½ cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour-cream
- 7 oz can green-chilies
- ½ cup chopped black-olives
- ¼ cup chopped green-onions
- 1 ½ cups grated sharp cheddar-cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pick the meat from this rotisserie chicken (both dark and white meat) and scatter it. Put it on the bottom of a 9×13″ baking-pan.
- In a large-bowl, blend together both cans of cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green onions, black olives and chillies. Then add pepper and salt to taste.
- Pour the mix over the shredded chicken in the pan. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the top evenly. Cover the pan with foil, bake at 350°F for half an hour.
- After 30minutes remove the foil and place the pan back in the oven till the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve and enjoy with rice or pasta.
