¼cupgranulated-sugar
3tbspwater
3tbspunsweetened natural cocoa-powder
2tbsplight brown-sugar, packed
2tbspcanola or vegetable-oil
⅓cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
¼cupall-purpose-flour
½tspvanilla-extract
pinch salt, to taste
ice-cream or whipped topping (Optional for serving)
Instructions
To some little microwave-safe bowl, then add the granulated-sugar, cocoa, oil, water, brown-sugar, vanilla, salt & whisk to blend.
