Ingredients
2tbspavocado-oil
¾poundsteak in bite-size pieces
1clovegarlic, minced
1smallonion, chopped
1cupbeef-broth
½cupsour-cream
1cupmushrooms, sliced
1cupheavy-cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
1tbspparsley, fresh & chopped
Instructions
Heat the avocado in a skillet over-medium-high warmth.
Add the meat and apply it for approximately two minutes till lightly browned.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
Working with the identical skillet, saute-mushroom, onion & garlic till they are cooked, about 5mins.
Add the beef back into the skillet.
Pour the beef broth and heavy-cream & bring to a boil.
Turn the heat to low & simmer until the beef is extremely tender, approximately 15mins.
