Ingredients

  • ½ jalapeno, seeds removed
  • 1 29 oz can tomatillos, drained
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ small onion
  • ½ lime of juice
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • First, slightly chop the jalapeno, garlic and onion.
  • Mix all of the ingredients up in a high-speed-blender or food-processor till smooth.
