Ingredients
Meatloaf
2lbsground-beef
1tbspWorcestershire-sauce
1cupcheddar-cheese (shredded)
1tspItalian seasoning
½tspground-paprika
⅛tspground black-pepper
1tspdried parsley
1smallonion (finely diced)
¼tspKosher salt
1cupbread crumbs (plain)
2eggs (beaten)
¼tspred-pepper flakes
1tbspgarlic (minced)
1cupmilk
Meatloaf Glaze
⅓cupketchup
1tbsptomato-paste
3tbspbrown-sugar
1tspapple cider-vinegar
2tbspsweet chili-sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cover a rimmedbaking-sheet with aluminum-foil. Gently spray oil. Put aside.
Make Meatloaf
Blend all of theMeatloaf ingredients, in the order recorded up into the bread crumbs. Stir well to blend & after that add the milk and beaten egg. Stir just until blended.
Add the cheddar-cheese and mix well, but don't over-beat.
Lay the beef mixture into a loaf shape & place it onto the prepared baking sheet.
Meatloaf Glaze
Blend all of the Glaze ingredients in a small-bowl until well blended and put aside. Brush roughly half the glaze all over the meatloaf.
Bake
Put meatloaf into the oven and bake for approximately 45 mins, or until the inside temperature 160°F levels. Brush the remaining glaze all around the surface of the meatloaf & bake for another 15 mins.
When the meatloaf is done, allow it to cool for 10-15 mins before slicing and serving.
