CRAZY CRUST PIZZA

Our new favourite pizza!! No rolling dough out - the crust is produced of a liquid batter. Top the pizza with your favourite toppings. Flour, salt, Italian seasoning, legumes, milk, pepperoni, ham, sausage, pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • cups pizza-sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella-cheese
  • cup diced cooked-ham
  • 1 cup pepperoni-slices
  • ½ lbz pork-sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp italian-seasoning
  • 1 cup all-purpose-flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF. Gently spray on a 15x10-inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Put aside.
  • Whisk together flour, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, eggs and milk.
  • Pour into prepared baking sheet. Top with sausage, cheese, pepperoni and ham.
  • Bake for 20minutes.
  • Remove from the Oven. Spread pizza sauce evenly over pizza and top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Return to oven and bake 10-15minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
