PINEAPPLE MIMOSAS

A tropical twist on the traditional mimosa.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup pineapple-juice
  • cup sparkling-wine
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon-lime soda

Instructions

  • Chill the amazing wine from the fridge for a minimum of 30minutes. The colder, the better.
  • A champagne flute, add amazing wine and lemon juice.
  • Top off the cocktail with a dab of lemon-lime pop, to taste.
