2 10ozbags frozen cauliflower riceabout 6 cups
1 13ozpackage of cajun style andouille sausagesliced
Stir in the sliced sausage and cooking for 3-4 minutes or till the sausage begins to brown.
Then add the frozen cauliflower-rice (uncooked) and cajun seasoning into the pan, stir and cooking for 5 minutes or till the cauliflower-rice gets heated through.
Do a taste test to find out whether you want more cajun seasoning and you can also like a little pepper, salt or garlic powder.
