Ingredients
2cupscheerios
3cupscorn-chex
2cupsmini or round-saltine-crackers
1cupwheat-chex
2cupspretzel-sticks
2cupsunsalted whole-cashews
½cupbutter
2tbsphoney
½tspvanilla-extract
¼tspkosher-salt
1tbspground-cinnamon
½ - ¾cupgranulated-sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275°F. Line a half-sheet-pan using silicone-baking-mat. If you do not own a half sheet-pan, then line two smaller-pans.
Mix chex-cereals, pretzels, cheerios, nuts and crackers in a large-bowl.
In a microwave safe-bowl, melt butter. Then stir honey, vanilla & salt to melted butter. Pour honey mixture over snack mixture and toss to coat.
Transfer snack-mix into prepared baking-sheet. Then spread snack-mix out in an even layer. Bake for 15minutes. Stir.
Bake for another 15 minutes. Stir.
Bake for another 10 minutes. Stir. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
Sprinkle over snack mix, tossing to coat. Bake for 10 additional minutes.
Remove from oven and let it cool before serving. Store in an airtight container.

Can substitute a different extra-cereal or whole-nut.
