3hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped
1large avocado, peeled, pitted and finely diced
2tbspmayonnaise
2tbspred-onion, chopped
1tsplemon-juice
1tbspparsley, chopped
1tbspchives, chopped

lettuce-leaves, (Optional for serving)
