Prepare all vegetables, then lay one tortilla on a plate-surface.
Put a 1/4 cup of cooked brown-rice at the center and then put 1/4 of this can of black-beans on top of the rice.
Continues with 1/4 of those rest of the ingredients.
Lay just one small tortilla or a quart of an additional large tortillas in the ingredients to the components at the middle.
Fold the tortilla round the ingredients in a circular movement, meeting the small-tortilla or quartered-tortilla you employed for the centre.
Heat a non-stick-pan for oil free-cooking to moderate low heat.
Position tortilla folded down side, this can seal the folds.
Cook for 7minutes, then check to make Certain golden-brown before turning over.
Gently flip-crunch wrap over. Then cook for 7minutes, checking to make certain it's golden-brown.
Make remaining 3 (I use various different pans to get them all done at once).
Serve with guacamole, salsa or both.
