Ingredients

  • 1 cup skinny-nacho “cheese” sauce
  • 4 large whole-wheat burrito-tortillas, plus 4 small tortillas (0r one cut into four equal quarters)
  • 2 avocados, pit removed and cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1 15 oz can black-beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 yellow-onion, diced
  • 2 cups cooked brown-rice
  • 1 cup grape-tomatoes, diced

Instructions

  • Prepare all vegetables, then lay one tortilla on a plate-surface.
  • Put a 1/4 cup of cooked brown-rice at the center and then put 1/4 of this can of black-beans on top of the rice.
  • Continues with 1/4 of those rest of the ingredients.
  • Lay just one small tortilla or a quart of an additional large tortillas in the ingredients to the components at the middle.
  • Fold the tortilla round the ingredients in a circular movement, meeting the small-tortilla or quartered-tortilla you employed for the centre.
  • Heat a non-stick-pan for oil free-cooking to moderate low heat.
  • Position tortilla folded down side, this can seal the folds.
  • Cook for 7minutes, then check to make Certain golden-brown before turning over.
  • Gently flip-crunch wrap over. Then cook for 7minutes, checking to make certain it's golden-brown.
  • Make remaining 3 (I use various different pans to get them all done at once).
  • Serve with guacamole, salsa or both.
