Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Dijon Aioli
Crispy and tasty brussel sprouts with a creamy dijon-aioli dipping sauce! Oven-baked and air-fried methods both accessible!
Crispy Brussels Sprouts
- 1 lb fresh-brussels-sprouts, halved or you can cut into wedges if they are bigger
- 2 tbsp olive-oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ tsp garlic-powder (Optional)
Dijon Aioli
- ¼ cup mayo or mayo or avocado-oil mayo
- 2 tbsp olive-oil
- 1 tbsp dijon
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp fresh chopped or dried parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Oven Method
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Toss your brussels-sprouts with olive-oil, garlic-powder, pepper and salt.
Arrange them on a baking-sheet in one layer & bake for 18-20minutes or till they're crispy and golden enough to your liking! Toss them half way.
Dip the brussels-sprouts at the dipping-sauce and enjoy.
Air Fryer Method
Add brussels-sprouts and blended with olive-oil, pepper and salt in one layer on the air-fryer basket.
Cook 380°F for 6minutes, then toss them around & cook for another 5-7minutes or till they are golden and crispy. Every air-fryer differs, I like mine super crispy so I keep these ! Just keep a watch on these.
Aioli
Blend all of the aioli ingredients aside from the parsley.
Mix together & chill till the brussel sprouts are prepared.
Serve aioli at a small skillet and top with dried or fresh-parsley.
