The key to make a tasty garlic bread will be to keep it easy. And also to use a great deal of garlic4 cloves to get a single loaf! This recipe is perfect side for our dinner.
- ¼ can grated-parmesan
- 1 baguette or French-bread, cut lengthwise
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped-parsley
- ½ can butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp kosher-salt
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with foil. Make garlic compound butter, then in a small-bowl, combine softened butter with salt, garlic, and simmer till well blended.
Spread cut-sides of bread liberally with garlic-butter, sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake till bread is toasty & golden at the edges for 10minutes.
