Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This Parmesan Crusted Chicken is also a simple meal idea. We utilize pounded lean chicken breasts, coating in a tasty Parmesan coating, then fried to make them crispy. Insert this chicken thought to your own dinner this week.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 2 cups Shredded Parmesan-Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • ½ tsp Black-Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Olive-Oil
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Cut each breast half & pound to approximately 1/2" thick.
  • Beat water & egg in a shallow bowl until combined.
  • Add garlic, pepper & salt and whisk to combine.
  • Put parmesan in another shallow bowl.
  • Dip each piece of chicken in egg mixture making sure to coat.
  • Permit extra egg to drip off.
  • Put in parmesan. Sprinkle more parmesan on the top. Gently press, then flip and repeat on other side. Repeat with remaining chicken.
  • Put oil and butter in a skillet over high heat.
  • Place chicken and don't proceed until edges-brown (in order that cheese sticks to chicken about 3minutes).
  • Gently press spatula then turn again and do not proceed until browned.
  • Gently press spatula and remove to serving plate.
