Homemade Chicken Lo Mein

This simple Chicken Lo Mein with Egg Noodles, Carrots, Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Peas, Chicken, and tasty soy sauce taste can be produced in only 25minutes. This Lo Mein Chicken is far better than your Beloved Chinese Takeouts.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein-noodles
  • 1 lb boneless-skinless chicken-breast, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into small-florets
  • 1 red-bell-pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp canola-oil
  • 1 tsp sesame-oil
  • ¼ cup hoisin-sauce
  • 1 cup snow-peas
  • 1 cup carrot, peeled & grated
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy-sauce

Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain & toss with sesame-oil.
  • In a large skillet include canola-oil on medium-high heat. Add bell-pepper , broccoli and cook for 6-7minutes till tender.
  • Stir in chicken and cook 8minutes till golden and no longer pink in the inside.
  • Add cooked noodles, carrots, hoisin-sauce, snow-peas, soy-sauce and toss together.
  • Serve & Enjoy.
