Ingredients
8ozlo mein-noodles
1lbboneless-skinless chicken-breast, cut into 1" pieces
1headbroccoli, cut into small-florets
1red-bell-pepper, chopped
1tbspcanola-oil
1tspsesame-oil
¼cuphoisin-sauce
1cupsnow-peas
1cupcarrot, peeled & grated
¼cuplow-sodium soy-sauce
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain & toss with sesame-oil.
In a large skillet include canola-oil on medium-high heat. Add bell-pepper , broccoli and cook for 6-7minutes till tender.
Stir in chicken and cook 8minutes till golden and no longer pink in the inside.
Add cooked noodles, carrots, hoisin-sauce, snow-peas, soy-sauce and toss together.
