Notes

Tips for Keto Chaffles:
  • Crispy Chaffles: Should you prefer crispier chaffles, then permit your chaffle for a few minutes after cooking. If this chaffle comes off the waffle maker, it'll be quite tender and flimsy, but if you give it a time it will end up crispier.
  • Less Eggy: If you're somebody who believes that chaffles are too eggy (that I am aware that there are several of you out there), consider using 2 egg whites instead of a whole egg. The yolks is obviously the eggiest component, therefore the whites shouldn't offer you any issues.
  • Using Different Flours: We like almond-flour with this particular white bread chaffle, but if you do not like almond-flour or simply prefer not to utilize, it coconut-flour will work also. Coconut-flour can occasionally become soggy in comparison to almond-flour, but it is going to still offer you the exact same great taste. Just keep in mind that for every 1 part almond-flour you use, you should use approximately 1/3 coconut-flour.
  • Freezing and Reheating: Chaffles could be frozen and reheated quite easily. If you're thinking about freezing several white bread chaffles simultaneously, you need to think about freezing the chaffles individually on a baking sheet before pitching them in a freezer bag. If you bypass this step, your chaffles will likely freeze and be hard to reheat. Talking of reheating, all you need to do is pop them into the toaster for a few minutes.
