Ingredients
¼cangrated-parmesan
1baguette or French-bread, cut lengthwise
2tbspfreshly chopped-parsley
½canbutter, softened
4cloves garlic, minced
½tspkosher-salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with foil. Make garlic compound butter, then in a small-bowl, combine softened butter with salt, garlic, and simmer till well blended.
Spread cut-sides of bread liberally with garlic-butter, sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake till bread is toasty & golden at the edges for 10minutes.
