Ingredients

  • lbs sirloin-steaks, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 lb yukon gold-potatoes, sliced (about ½" in thickness)
  • 1 tsp oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter, divided
  • 1 tbsp olive-oil
  • salt and pepper, to tase

Instructions

  • Heat a large-cast iron skillet over medium-high heat & add olive-oil, butter, garlic, potatoes, thyme, oregano and rosemary.
  • Cook for approximately 3minutes, then stir and cook and extra for 3minutes until fork tender. Remove and put aside on plate.
  • Twist the skillet to high heat. Insert the 1 tbsp butter & steak-beef. Allow the steak simmer for a few minutes and continue to stir fry the beef till they are golden-brown.
  • Top the beef with fresh chopped veggies. Serve and enjoy.
